Norm is the host of "City Limits" on the channel. This show features news and interviews about the people, places, and events that shape our Community. Norm will interview guests from around the state including political figures both at the state and local levels. Guests include Robin Carnahan, Jay Nixon, and professional journalist from Jordan and Czechoslovakia, just to name a few.

"Norm does a great job at the desk, asking questions and getting answers that the people what to know, his shows are always interesting" Randy Gardner said.

Norm has been presented with the National Communicators Award for Excellence in Broadcasting.

Norm is the Mayor of the City of Black Jack and has served the Community for over 30 years

BIO: Randy Gardner has 25 years experience in the Television Media Business as a News Reporter and Anchor. The past 19 of those with GTN TV. Randy has also worked as a feature Reporter for Fox Sports Midwest on the Amateur Sports Showcase and as an overnight Radio Personality in the early nineties on 97.1FM.

Randy has been honored with 52 National Awards, along with numerous local and Regional awards for Excellence in Television Reporting and Anchoring, including the Mary Phelan Awad for Excellence in Law Enforcement Reporting & 3 Mid America Regional Emmy Awards.

Randy donates a lot of his free time and talent to local charities, schools, community organizations, and civic groups throughout the year.Randy was born and raised  in St. Louis and is a graduate from Broadcast Center & Fontbonne University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications.
